Is There a Disconnection?

I tried to sign in to my computer today and for some reason my keyboard was not letting me type in my password.

I’ve been paranoid about many things lately, so the first thing that came to my mind was that my computer was hacked.

I can be very provocative and cause disruptions between people reading my posts and my own family, at times when we gather. When you create enemies, you tend to look over your shoulder quite a bit and don’t always think the best of those running things in the world, the government, or anyone who is in charge of an organization. You are left suspicious and cynical.

Then I thought, “I really need to start thinking differently because this is not helpful. I will only end up having a panic attack and start crying.”

I’m exaggerating about the panic attack but not the crying. This type of thing typically leads me to make a phone call to my husband. So I thought, let’s think of this all rationally and check all the things that may have caused this.

My mouse is wireless and the pointer was working but I changed the battery in it anyway (check). The keyboard is not wireless, which led me to believe in the hack. Maybe the keyboard was just getting old. No, that isn’t it!

I thought I would check to be sure all the cords were plugged into the right places. Nope, the keyboard was plugged into my USB port that held multiple connectors, but the port itself was unplugged from my modem.

That is when I remembered we had turned the monitor for better viewing when we were preparing dinner. We were watching an old podcast of Rush Limbaugh when he was on the Jay Leno show and drove the electric car. I missed hearing from Rush because he always had good advice and a voice of reason during tough times such as now with the latest news happening in Afghanistan.

All these thoughts I’ve been having lately, with so many things turning our nation and the world upside down led me to write this post. I just got a text from a friend after sending her a reminder of the Cyber Symposium about the election in 2020. She was up at her cabin and had to miss it. Her text came after the weekend was over.

Like me, she was disturbed about things and sees the trouble we are in but didn’t understand why some people were ok with this.

I can think of twenty to fifty reasons off the top of my head but will just list a few here:

  • They don’t believe it’s really happening.

Their own eyes decieve them. God may have blinded them from the truth.
  • They are passive.

They are they type of people that go along to get along. They will compromise their lifestyle and even their faith if it comes to that as long as it will protect them from danger or conflict.
  • They are ignorant.

They don’t read, don’t do their own research. They would rather post photos of their latest new pet on social media and gain attention to themselves from others.
  • They don’t want to get involved.

They think it unholly to concern themselves with political things, besides, their lives are too busy with their own social cocktail parties, sports games and their work. It is all about them and they have little time for helping others who are vulnerable or in harms way.
  • They care more about their reputations and job security.

These people won’t say anything that goes against the latest woke theme of the day or popular views the fascist news outlets or hollywood or bosses are telling them. Even though the lies they are being fed may cause them bodily harm, take away any rights they have for freedom, they won’t be the ones to take a stand against the fray. They could lose friends or their job.
  • They think all people are equally right in what they believe.

There is no solid ground, no sure foundation, no One person who is above all. They don’t believe in good versus evil. Morality is meaningless. We should all just get along. They believe a Christian could make friends with a radical Islamist Terrorist that only wants to cut off their head.
  • They don’t think they are smart enough.

They deminish what they do know to believe is right and true and feel intimidated by the loud voices that have control of the main stream media, hollywood, acadamia, the teachers union, some churches and our own government in Washington. God’s word is truth and that is all you need to arm yourself.
  • They don’t vote. They don’t get involved with elections.

They don’t encourage others to vote, don’t support one candidate or another. It is one small thing you can do that can make a difference. The elections for school board members are crucial to your children in the neighborhoods in which you live. Curriculums are changing around the nation that are backed and formulated with a Marxist agenda.

School board members are usually the ones deciding on curriculums. Attend a meeting, even if you don’t speak, your eyes will see what is happening hopefully and it may light a fire under you.
  • They are brainwashed.

You can only brainwash someone who has nothing stored in their brain that is worthwhile. They are useful idiots.

The brainwashed believe anything fed to them no matter how illogical. They are blinded by the use of indoctrination in our schools, the wokeness in our communities, the Marxist ideaology on the left, propaganda media, godless churches that only spread hatred and racism, self-righteous politicians. The left lies to their constituents blaming everyone but themselves and their own party for the division in our country. They encourage curriculums and standards that dumb down students in our schools, teach homosexuality, critical race theory, lie about abortions, and help cause the breakdown of the family. Some brainwashed people think dependency on government is compassionate when it is the opposite of compassion, it is bondage.

Brainwashed people will listen to no other side of any argument. The brain has been “washed out”. It is demonic oppression, in my opinion, but I am not a biblical scholar, theologian or pastor.

I know that the Book of Revelations and the prophets in the Bible have told us many things about the last days and the end times in which we are living. It is worrisome to watch things unfold and feel so helpless and hopeless. Honestly, it is hard for me to get to sleep at night when I absorb some of the news that is exposing atrocities the MSM won’t cover.

I am reminded of the promise of heaven for the believer in Jesus Christ. The most important thing is our salvation. Life does not end on this earth. We will go to another place.

God is a God of compassion and will not force anyone to live with him if they don’t want to or if they reject him or hate him. He created hell just for those who won’t surrender their all to the Savior. It is their choice where they want to spend eternity. But, we all get to spend eternity somewhere. We are body, soul, and spirit. Like it or not, believe it or not, you will find out when it is your time.

The bible is true, God does not lie. God is holy, righteous and good.
The opposite of God is the devil, Satan, the father of lies, unrighteous and evil.

I pray for the lost but know that it is only by the Spirit that their hearts will be changed, not by anything I do or say. Yet, I know it is important I am a reflection of Jesus’ light, that lives in me.

Today is the day of salvation. Turn your hearts toward the only one that can save you. The world is dark and the days are only going to get darker. Aren’t you tired of living in darkness and feeling so miserable? Turn to Jesus for forgiveness and your life will change in an instant. You will continue to be transformed. God is always working on me. I am not perfect.

Just yesterday I got a call from a family member. We had gone through a hard time in our relationship but made amends. Still, I suffer more because of the part I played. I can be so wicked. I can be so ugly. Sin does that to people. It brings you down. It keeps you in a dark hole but I remind myself I am forgiven.

Lately I pray that God gives me a loving heart. I pray for kindness. It is a virtue I don’t have. I am direct and strong. I fly off the handle when I am pushed to the limit. I know God loves me, even when Satan will tell me I am no good because of my sins (which he reminds me of). He is the accuser, not Christ. God forgives and forgets. He does not put what I did before me after I asked forgiveness.

There is no sin too great but one. That is the one Satan committed in heaven and was thrown out. He wanted to be like God! No one can be like God. He is all-powerful, all-knowing, all-seeing, omnipresent (present everywhere), pure, and holy. He is at work every day for me.

He came to us in the form of a man so we could know him and understand him personally. He lived, suffered, died, was buried, descended to the depths to pay Satan for all the sins of the world from beginning to end (he paid my price for sin and yours), and rose again on the third day. He appeared to his followers and to hundreds of others to be witnesses of his resurrection (which many did not believe was possible), and ascended into heaven.

Jesus is seated at the right hand of the Father and sent his Holy Spirit to be with those who believe, as a comforter to live in us and guide us and give us understanding and discernment. His Spirit is a seal that God sees and as a sign that we are his children. The Holy Spirit even helps us to pray. Even when we don’t know the words, he knows our heart and will translate this to the Father.

Weep for your children if they are lost, your friends and family members. Things will happen in this world as they must before the end comes but open your eyes to the truth. Ask God to help you to see and hear the truth. Be saved. Make a choice today to follow Jesus Christ. We are not promised tomorrow. Tomorrow may be too late for you.

God bless you and keep you. May he make his face shine upon you and may you be led forth in peace!

This is part of a prayer Jesus prayed to the Father for his disciples:

I have given them thy word; and the world hath hated them, because they are not of the world, even as I am not of the world.
I pray not that thou shouldest take them out of the world, but that thou shouldest keep them from the evil.
They are not of the world, even as I am not of the world.
Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth. (John 17:14-17)

Now retired from my sewing business yet all about the business of serving my family and creating things to sell in my store. I love to have some purpose left in me. I hope I can encourage others and bring the light of Jesus most of all to this dark world.
