Must I go? I wish I didn’t have to leave…I might be late.
I won’t drive fast, and will listen to Bible lessons and interviews
with Christians on my drive.
Wish I could stay, wish I could hang out here. I hate traffic.
Sometimes we just need to get out of our chair, get out of bed
and move to go somewhere. …..to help someone….to bring a gift.
Sometimes it just can’t be about us.
Sometimes it is nice to give and our time is the most precious thing to
many of us. More than money, more than tangible things we own or
I wrote three letters as I said I would yesterday.
They are on their way with hopes to help someone feel good.
We all need our spirits lifted up these days.
I’m off to babysit a couple cute grandson’s of mine as I do each week.
I am paid by the pure enjoyment of spending time with them. It’s a 45 minute drive
on the freeway…..yuck…did I tell you how much I hate traffic. But it is less busy these days.
I will take the back roads there. I’ll bring my favorite CD’s.

It is my drive with God. Time that won’t be wasted!
